The BCRMTA Student Composers’ Club meets monthly over Zoom throughout the school year and provides an encouraging and supportive atmosphere in which students can learn about composing, hear each others’ compositions, and exchange ideas. Professional guest composers are often hosted to speak at club meetings.
Meetings are online on the first Sunday of each month from 7:00 to 8:00pm.
Participants receive an email reminder and Zoom link for each session one week in advance.
The suggested level of experience is either practical Level 5 RCM, BCCM, CC etc. on any instrument, OR ages 10 and up.
Students have the opportunity to register for the club every fall. Registration is not open throughout the school year.
A link will be available to register for the club HERE at the start of the next school year.
