Professional Development Form

The following information is for a Student Teacher Auxiliary member who has exceptional personal or medical reasons and cannot upgrade with an exam (Theoretical or Practical) every 3 years.
This allows their membership to be annually renewable as long as they complete and submit the Professional Development Form by January 15^th to receive approval, and then renew their membership by February 15^th
The total points that must be obtained annually for this Form is 8 points
